Texas A&M recently changed their policy on who could speak on their campus after taking heat for having Richard Spencer–someone who many claim is a racist–speak at their campus. Now, one of their own Professor’s, Tommy Curry, has said that he believes a requirement for black and white people to be “equal” may involve the need for white people to be killed.
Apparently it’s alright for professors at Texas A&M to call for the murder of an entire race to “liberate” another from the clutches of a violent history against them. Curry also praised violent black leaders of the past who thought about “thought about killing white people as self-defense,” while concluding that their ideas were worth considering.
As reported, “Professor Tommy Curry expressed his frustration during a podcast that the movie Django Unchained made killing white people look fun, when in reality it should be part of a serious discussion.”
“When we have this conversation about violence, or killing white people, it has to be looked at in the context of historical turn,” said Curry . “And the fact that we’ve had no one address, like how relevant and how solidified this kind of tradition is, for black people saying look, in order to be equal, in order to be liberated, some white people may have to die.”
While it is not known if Professor Curry actually wants to act on the idea of killing white people, it is now clear that he is a violent racist. How will Texas A&M react to one of their own saying such horrendous, violent things?
