Liberals and the Republican establishment have been attempting to discredit Fox News, particularly its reporters who have expressed a strong pro-Trump message.
Most notably, this attack has managed to chase out the network’s most prominent personality Bill O’Reilly. Most recently, they have been making smears about Eric Bolling, who has increased his professional profile this past year with his outspoken Trump support. In a cowardly move, 21st Century Fox executives decided to suspect Bolling from his job at Fox News.
Thankfully, Bolling has been keeping his head above water. He had maintained silence since the accusations first came out, but he finally spoke out publicly by releasing a straightforward, clear statement on Twitter, saying, “Overwhelmed by all the support I have received. Thank you. I look forward to clearing my name asap.”
Liberal clickbait news website the Huffington Post put out a report saying that Bolling had sent “sexts” with inappropriate pictures to female coworkers. Retorted Bolling’s attorney, “Mr. Bolling recalls no such inappropriate communications, does not believe he sent any such communications, and will vigorously pursue his legal remedies for any false and defamatory accusations that are made.”
Other liberals have come out of the woodwork to make strange claims about Eric. Said Occidental College professor Caroline Heldman, “Bolling would also contact me via phone and text after shows, sometimes to apologize for his behavior (and then do it again), and sometimes just to talk. He said he wanted to fly me out to New York for in-studio hits and to have ‘fun.’ He asked me to have meals with him on several occasions, but I found excuses not to go. Once, he took me up to his office in New York, showed me his baseball jerseys, and in the brief time I was there, let me know that his office was his favorite place to have sex.” Do you think this is a smear job against Eric?
