Liberals across the country are engaged in a full-scale assault on gun owners.
This has been the case for decades. Liberals have always wanted to disarm the American people.
In recent years, California has been on the front lines of this war. Progressives across the state constantly push for new laws and regulations regarding firearms, and the freedom-loving gun owners of the eastern half of the state have had to suffer.
In fact, voters in California just passed several new gun control measures, including one which limits the size of magazines.
Nevertheless, gun owners had their first victory in a while when a federal judge blocked the new law.

One of California’s gun control laws was blocked by a federal judge on Thursday, providing another victory for the Golden State’s gun owners this week.
U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez issued a preliminary injunction against part of the voter-approved Proposition 63 that would have banned magazines containing over 10 bullets. Benitez argued in in the injunction that the provision violated the Constitution because otherwise law-abiding citizens would have an untenable choice: become an outlaw or dispossess one’s self of lawfully acquired property.”
“That is a choice they should not have to make,” wrote Benitez.
Finally, someone actually read the Constitution before making a decision about gun control.
The Constitution clearly states that American citizens have the right to bear arms. This right does not just go away when progressive voters decide that they are afraid of big guns. Judge Benitez knows this, and that is why he ruled as he did.
Liberals need to understand that their anti-gun campaign is useless.
First, no American wants to have his or her guns taken away. It is neither in our mindset nor our history to allow the government to make decisions for us, and the vast majority of American citizens would react strongly if liberals overstep their boundaries.
Second, gun control does not work. Taking away guns from law-abiding citizens will never stop crimes and mass shootings. If anything, it would make them worse, as there would be no one around to stop them.
